Must have FIRST Time Skydiving Wear .

Most indoor skydiving facilities provide the basics (suit, helmet, goggles). But if you want extra comfort and better control, here’s what I recommend:

1. Helmet

Lightweight, snug, and reduces wind noise.

2. Goggles – Anti-Fog Goggles

Clear vision, no fogging up during the flight.

3. Clothing – Base Layers

Wear fitted, flexible clothes under your flight suit for easier movement.

4. Ear Protection – Earplugs

The tunnel is LOUD. These saved my ears and helped me focus.

Pro Tip: While you’ll get loaner gear at most facilities, investing in your own helmet, goggles, or base layers makes the experience much more comfortable—especially if you plan to fly more than once.
